Located in the historic village of Brussels, Illinois, next to the village park, Bliss Bake Shoppe sells a variety of homemade desserts.  We have indoor and outdoor seating and carry-out orders. 

 

Our specials vary, but we offer cookies, cinnamon rolls, cheesecakes and other items every weekend. We now serve homemade breakfast and lunch items, including calzones, biscuits & gravy, and French toast.
